Committee Member Interview Process (and after that)

 

It is no secret that everyone wants to become a committee member at least once in their high school lives. Being a committee member can help to prepare yourself for the challenges that you may face in the future. For our club, we strive to create a fun culture whilst ensuring that our club can provide the best possible experience for the members. To fill up the current vacancies in our club, and to provide new positions to facilitate positive growth for the future of Philately Club, we are currently offering new positions for interview.

The following is the list of positions available for interview and the descriptions of the positions:

- Assistant Webmaster (2 positions available)

- Assistant Head of Activities (2 positions available)

- Head of Quality Control (1 position available)

- Head of Graphic Designs (1 position available)

The following is a list of special positions available under special requests only: 

- Head of Logistics (1 position available)

- Head of Marketing (1 position available)

How can I apply for any of the committee member positions?

1. You must be a registered member of the club. 

2. Fill up the Pre-Interview form that contains the following details:

- Name and Class

- Short introduction of yourself 

- Position(s) you are keen to apply

- Let us know why are you keen for the position(s) applied

3. Confirm your interview slot with the club president (Soong Wei) and attend the interview on the allocated date/time.

What should I do after the interview?

1. Results will be announced once the current committee members have finalized the selected new committee members.

2. If you're selected, you'll be mentored for a period of 2 weeks to enable smooth handover of tasks. 

3. You will be given the opportunity to attend the introductory session for the new committee members (Date/Time to be confirmed)
